Documentation

• Domestic Guests: Provide an ID/VAT number during check-in.
• International Guests: Provide your passport/national ID number at check-in.

Building Access

• Digital Access: Instructions to download the Radefy app for remote access will be sent prior to your arrival.

Parking

• Your parking spot is in front of the yellow gas pipe bar, as shown in the photo provided. Pull the metallic bar down to park your vehicle.

Security

• The property is equipped with exterior security cameras monitoring the entrance and terrace for your safety.

Amenities

• Hot Water:
  • The house is equipped with both a solar water heater and an electric water heater.
  • Electric Water Heater: On the electrical panel where the hot water label is located, simply press the round button to turn on the water heater 30 minutes before use. It will automatically turn off. Please repeat process every time before bath.
  • Winter Time: There is always hot water available with the use of heating.
• Barbecue Instructions:
  • Turn the switch to the ‘on’ position and press the round ignition button once.
  • Adjust temperature using the two large buttons. Use the thermometer after closing the lid.
  • Caution: Ensure the switches are turned off after use and clean the barbecue with the provided wire brush.
• Air Conditioning:
  • Only 2 air conditioners may be used simultaneously to avoid tripping the electrical panel.
  • Ensure all balcony doors and windows are closed while ACs are running.
  • Remember to turn off the air conditioners when leaving the apartment.

Quiet Hours

• Afternoon: 14:00-18:00
• Night: 23:30-08:00
• Please respect these times as there are residents with special needs in the building.

Rules

• Do not dispose of papers or other objects in the toilets.
• Pets are welcome but must be supervised.
• Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
• Loud music or parties are strictly prohibited.
• Use the provided towels for each bed.

Reporting Issues

• Should you encounter any issues with the facilities, please inform us promptly.

Departure

• We kindly ask you to leave the space clean and tidy upon your departure.
